Will Hilary B. Miller, Esq. or WebPromote sell my email address or send me any unsolicited emails?
Absolutely not, WebPromote will never sell email addresses. WebPromote Engage list members may choose to join WebPromote Announcements, and receive mailings on topics of personal choice. Please read our privacy statement for further information.

Can I change my email address?
Yes, you may change your email address at any time by logging in to your WebPromote Engage account and updating your information. You will be sent a verification email to your new address and you must reply to the email to continue to receive mailings from the WebPromote Engage lists you have subscribed to.

I changed my email address but I am no longer getting mailings from the list I signed up for, why not?
In order to protect your privacy (and your inbox) we have made WebPromote Engage double opt-in.  So, you must reply to a new verification email from your “new” email address to continue to receive mailings.

I never received my e-mail verification, why not?
If you did not receive an e-mail verification when you completed your WebPromote Engage registration, you may have mistyped your e-mail address or for some reason the e-mail was undeliverable. To correct this problem, you may reregister or you can e-mail support@engage.webpromote.com for assistance. 

How long will it be before I receive some mailings?
Your account becomes active immediately after you reply to your verification email. Since Hilary B. Miller, Esq., the owner of the list, is the only one who will be sending you mailings, mailings will occur only when significant or interesting news occurs..

What is WebPromote going to do with the personal information that I have provided about myself?
WebPromote will only use the information to eventually target the advertisements in the footer of the mailings that you receive.  The list owners select which demographic questions they ask you and it is optional for you to answer them.   You only need to supply your email address to join a list.  Also, list owners will not be able to see your individual answers to demographic questions, as we provide this information to them in aggregate form only.

I am receiving “inappropriate” mailings from the list I have joined, what can I do about it?
If you are receiving mailings that you feel are unrelated to the content of the site whose WebPromote Engage account you joined, you may unsubscribe from the account.  If the mailings are offensive, adult in nature, or do not meet the terms and conditions of WebPromote Engage, please forward the email in question to support@engage.webpromote.com and we will address your concerns with the list manager.
