5 years ago my wife said that we should separate and I should leave our apartment and that we would work on our marriage. It is 5 years later and I have been giving her money everytime I get paid, I have also been giving her money and paying for many other things, such as car repairs, cell phone bills, etc. My wife and my daughter are still on my medical insurance and my wife just put her new car on my renters/car insurance policy without asking. The apartment she and my daughter are living in is on the renters portion of the policy. CAN I take the apartment and her car off the insurance policy now? Also, can I take her and my daughter off my medical insurance since my daughter lives with my wife and she should be paying for medical insurance for my daughter, my medical insurance should only be the secondary insurance? Can I do these things now or do I have to wait until the divorce is filed or final? Should I continue to give her money every paycheck?
