im pretty sure that you will have go prosee meaning you do it yourself. If you go to your local court house they should have a small booklet to help you out and along with it will be forms to fill out.
Usually courts have a mediator that will help you and your ex come to an agreement before you see the judge.
Im not a lawyer, just someone who has been threw the process.
