My brother owes child support at $400.00 a month. he was on disability from work at the time of the court hearing. he is now on social security and off the other work disability. he makes the same amount less $100.00 pluss he has to pay his own cobra payment for medical. the social security pays his exwife $600.00 a month that she did not have the last time they went to court. so she gets $600.00 a month plus his $400 a month. my brother is only on $1300.00 dollars a month, after childsupport and medical he can hardley survive and almost lost his home. his wife is on $60,000.00 a year pluss his child support and social security.

my question is, do you think that the court MIGHT take into consideration the $600 a month that she is recieving for social security? and lower his payments?

i know you can ancwer legle questions direct, but can you give me an idea if it has ever been done? my brother can not afford a lawyer.
