I am contemplating a divorce. My husband and I own a home. We have a ten year old daughter and I am concerned about moving her out of her home. I do not work so I have no source of income nor do I have a college degree.
Is it possible to remain in the house with my daughter and have my husband pay the , after the divorce?
Also, I had an affair and told my husband. How can this hurt me in my divorce concerning custody or residency in our home?
